The last phase of our kitchen renovations is almost complete. We put in a new air handling system in December 2012. This included new exhaust hoods, an upgraded fire suppression system, a condensate canopy for the dishwasher, and a new make-up air & exhaust system. Pictures posted below...

If only I have a kitchen as big as this! Sigh... It’s a must for industrial kitchens to have as much space so that everyone can move around easily. By the way, do you have the before photos of your kitchen so that your readers can see the difference between the “before and after” looks.
